I’m so thankful that I happened upon Nachole at Monarch Massage & Spa. From the moment we started talking I realized what a gem I had found. She listens, she’s intuitive and has such a sweet and empathetic heart. I often fall asleep during my massages as I always feel relaxed, safe, and in the most capable hands. Nachole is always great about checking on pressure, making sure I’m okay, and naturally gifted at finding and releasing all the knots and tension. I never feel rushed or hurried, always bring a cold glass of water to rehydrate. Highly recommend!
