Nachole Berg, LMT, Owner
As the founder of Monarch Massage & Spa, Nachole brings a unique blend of analytical precision and dedicated care to her work, transitioning into bodywork following a successful career in finance. A Licensed Massage Therapist in Washington State since graduating with honors from Everest College in 2010, she is fully certified by the National Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. She leads a team of skilled professionals and personally designed the spa’s full menu of services. Her core mission is to deliver therapeutic, safe touch designed to help guests shift out of the fight-or-flight nervous system and settle into deep rest-and-digest recovery.
Beyond the spa, Nachole is a prominent leader within both the business and wellness communities. She established the Kimball Business Connection, maintains an active presence in local community events, and serves as an educator passionate about teaching and advancing fellow practitioners within the massage community.
